Pork is as ever the most popular variety of meat in Germany and Europe. A good enough reason to pay particular attention to the origin, quality and grade of our much sought after pork delicacies.
We obtain the pork we supply exclusively from qualified and tested meat packers from Germany, Ireland, Denmark, England and Spain.
Pork should not be too fat – but not too lean either. We offer cuts with precisely the right, slightly increased proportion of fat between the muscle fibres. The full taste of the juicy meat is therefore maintained for savoury enjoyment with any method of preparation.
